Mr. Chismark specializes in helping clients navigate the bureaucratic processes associated with the transfer, sale and change of Colorado water rights through his understanding of both the legal and technical aspects of the water rights permitting process. He has worked on several landmark water rights cases in Colorado and also has field research experience in both Africa and South America. His experience includes water rights litigation support, policy analysis and permitting.
