Mr. Comstock has 3 years water resources consulting experience. His work has included hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and government compliance for municipal, state and federal governments. Past work includes EPA groundwater investigations for the USFS, Eagle County Colorado landfill module construction oversight and inspection for CDPHE, and LOMR and CLOMR case reviews for FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program. Mr. Comstock is a Certified Floodplain Manager and member of the American Society of Floodplain Managers.
