Mr. Kantola has extensive experience working on civil engineering projects, including: tunnels, dams, offshore drilling, dredging, slopes and foundations. He has worked as a contractor, designer, construction manager, and consultant. Mr. Kantola also has considerable construction experience with slurry walls, grouting, installing ductile
iron pipe, excavations, controlled backfilling, placing riprap, placing concrete, installing/plugging wells, masonry wall repair, and geologic exploration.
Mr. Kantola has also been involved with several disputes regarding the differing site condition clause, and engineering errors and omissions. He has analyzed differing site conditions claims for slurry walls, TBM mining, contact grouting, and dam construction. He has also been involved with litigation support for engineering errors and omission claims for structural steel erection, dredging in bedrock, and installing large diameter piles. |
