Mr. de Wolfe is a geological engineer with expertise in geological and geotechnical engineering, hydrogeology, and geomorphology. He has experience building geologic map databases, and hydrogeologic databases using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He has experience performing hydrogeologic investigations and building hydrogeologic models for municipal governments and state agencies. He also has experience investigating debris flow hazards and their mitigation using erosion control treatments in areas burned by wildfire.
